Your lawn changes throughout the year — so your treatments should too. Our program is designed around the natural growing cycles of your grass and the specific weeds common to our area.

Over the course of the year, your lawn will receive:

• Pre-emergent weed control to stop weeds before they start

• Targeted post-emergent treatments to eliminate active weeds

• Season-appropriate fertilization to support steady, healthy growth

• Nutrient adjustments based on your lawn’s needs and the time of year

Applications are spaced strategically, not rushed, so your lawn gets exactly what it needs at the right time.

Free Soil Test — Included with Your Program

 

Most lawn problems start below the surface.

That’s why every Turf Formula customer receives a free professional soil test. We send off a soil sample from your lawn to have it analyzed for key factors like:

​

• Soil pH

• Nutrient levels (phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and more)

• Compaction, thatch, root health, organic matter, and soil texture

​

This tells us what your lawn is actually missing — not what a generic program assumes.

Once your soil results are back, I personally review them and adjust your treatment plan accordingly.
